Hi,
I am using Seagate Crystal reports and I need to plot a graph for my reports between 2 fields, one of which is Technician Name and the other is Number of Tickets assigned to him. I had created a running total in order to count the tickets assigned to the tech.......A simple sum wouldnt help here as there were several other issues that had to be considered and also some of them included other summary operations like Maximum( ) , Next( ), etc.
Now when I try to plot the value of the tickets against the tech's name , I get absurd values on the graph. Is it because I am using a running total that I am facing this problem.(Note : I did do a reset total for every tech to ensure that each tech had his own count).
Any ideas/suggestions in this direction would be appreciated.
Thanks

nthota: What exactly do you mean when you state that you get absurd values? Have you created a data layout to display the tech name and sub total count of tickets and are the results different from the chart? David C. Monks
