Plotting angles in Illustrator from a spreadsheet.

I spend many hours plotting hundreds of lines radiating from a single point at angles output as a table in a spreadsheet application. This is very laborious if done one line at a time. Is there a way in which I can link e.g. a Microsoft Works spreadsheet to illustrator so that the 'fan' of angles is plotted automatically? It isn't important in what form the angles lines appear as the alignment to a single point is a basic operation.
