Plotting a diagram with 7 Columns!

Hi all,
I've come across a strange restriction, which I can't quite believe. I am trying to plot a graph using a table with 7 columns.The 7 Columns represent the days of the week. When I try to make a simple bar chart with this table, it tells me I cannot have more than 6 columns.
How can I get around it?
