Plotter problem

Hi
A friend have some trouble to plot large formats from AutoCad R14 to HP Designjet 500. We can not change the settings - now he can only print A4. This has worked before, just suddly something has happend. It works in AutoCad 2000. Where to troubleshoot? He´s the only one with the trouble.

Try rebuilding his PC2 file. If you're not using a PC2 file you may want to try setting one up. You didn't mention the OS, if he's on Windows 2000, R14 isn't supported for Win2k. If this is the case, and he has applied the latest service packs, he may try rolling the services packs back - this may or may not work.

Thanks for your answer. He´s on win XP so that´s not the problem. Can you tell me how to create a PC2 file or there anywhere I can read about it?

XP is a bigger problem for 14. What may have worked yesterday may or may not work today. To create a pc2 file, just add a plotter through AutoCAD - and AutoCAD creates the PC2 file. Hopefully this will work - good luck!
