Plot Area of Chart

I have a chart on a report but I cannot format this chart. It is a fairly big chart 25cm in length and 18 in width.

My problem is the plot area of the chart is in the middle and there is a blank area at the top and a blank area at the bottom of about 5cm.

I click on the Plot area but it's extents are at the top and the bottom.

How can I enlarge the plot area.
