Please tell me how to change my private ip address

by private, do you mean the address in use on your LAN? or are you referring to your external address as seen by the internet?

What is seen on the internet is the address provided by your ISP.
What is on your private network is what is provided by your DHCP controller or by what you have set up in your fixed address related to TCPIP.
