I am running P3 550Mhz with 256MB RAM GForce 2MXAGP and 20GM HARD DISK with 5GB in each drive i have installed win98 in C Drive and win2k in E Drive also present is linux Mandrake, Lately i am being bugged my the win98 OS it always displays the error message "Programs has caused a Exception" and Hangs. SO i have decided to remove win98 and go for winXP, can anyone tell me can i do this witout causing any probles to win2k and without loosing any data.IF yes Please explain....

Just leave everything as is.
Format C:
Install WindowsXP on C:
It should automatically pick up your other OS's and install a boot menu for them, exactly like the one you see now.
Caveat: It may NOT pick up the Linux partition, so I would save your BOOT.INI file (in the root of C: ) to a safe place (floppy?) just in case.
Once you have XP installed, if you can't see the Linux partition in the boot menu, then you can manually edit the BOOT.INI file to get it back. Cheers,
