Please Recommand Books on Cabling , Network setup etc...

I would be thankful to you guys if you can recommand
books which describe Cablling, Routers, Switches, Hubs and other infrastructure necessary to networking. Please Recommand books which describe them in details and also there installation and troubleshooting. Intermediate to Advance level books are really appricated.

If I could add to this, anyone want to reccomend any material on Multicasting they thought was understandable? I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
