can anyone read the logs below and tell me whats wrong and how i can fix the problem.

i have got this log from "Event Viewer" from Control Panel, Administrative Tools.

This logs are collected from my office network server, which is running Windows 2000 Advance Server.

this isn´t something to think about if it´s not happening all the time. microsoft say´s:
"This problem occurs if an Input/Output (I/O) operation to a hard disk is unsuccessful. When an I/O operation to a hard disk is unsuccessful, Windows Server 2000 logs Event ID 51 in the system log. This problem occurs even if the I/O operation is retried and is subsequently successful."
