please insert the metaframe presentation server cd ??

Hi All,

I am trying to install Citrix Rollup pack PSE400W2K3R01.msi.

When i run it i get the following message after i have accepted the agreement and selected which options to install:

please insert the metaframe presentation server cd. Click Cancel to exit the install.

I have inserted the CD into the server but i still cant get past this dialog.

Anyone know how to get it to recognise the CD is in !?
