Please I need help with outlook xp

I have an account with Microsoft mail server for WinNT and when I install outlook xp I cannot configure this account.

Do you mean you have a Microsoft Exchange account? If so, you'll need to close Outlook, then go to your Control Panel and click on the Mail icon to set up your account.

nop, I have an Microsoft Mail server in Windows NT, and a forder with all users profiles.

In win2000 is MSExchange and the folder that I mentioned above is public folders


But the environment is NT, not win2000

Hi,

I'm pretty sure that Outlook XP doesn't support Microsoft Mail Server.

We came across this problem and had to go back to Outlook 2000 to keep the existing Microsoft Mail running.
