We Need To know, If NICE system when you start a New Record, Assign The ID to then record in this moment no At you Finish The record,

There is two Apis StartRecording and StopRecording, and we need to knows if the ID is assign to the record when execute the StartRecording

Please Is very important for me and i need the answer very fast..

It's at the start recording. Way to test it is to open two calls and close the second one before the first, you should see the parents_cls_id and cls_call_id of the first call are both lower than the second call.

Each time you transfer a call the cls_call_id changes but the parents_cls_call_id should remain the same.
