I do not understand the question.

you are trying to call number 19911 from ext 1119, is that correct?
if that is the case, we need to see EXCCP:CAT=31;

whosrdady:
yes correct , i am trying to call "19911" from Ext(1119)

Snor :

I still am having this problem, yes I have used CAT4 and CAT 3 , both category does not work.

Thanks for reply

Hi,
with CAT3 or CAT4 it should be possible to dial "9 19911" (Destination 9 and external number 19911)

one little question :
Do you use "Authorization Code" for locking extensions ?
If extension is locked, then it is possible, that extension 1119 has a lower category and extension is not allowed to dial this numbers.

If extension is locked can be checked with :
SUSIP:DIR=1119;
--> printout will show "AUTH LOCK" if extension is locked.

If authorization codes are in use can be checked with :
AUCOP:DIR=ALL;
AUCOP:AUTH=ALL;
--> There you can see the CAT which will be used, when the extension is locked.

best regards,
Norbert

PLEASE CHECK THE COMMMAND RESULT:

Problem might be based on
EXTERNAL NUMBER NUMBER LENGTH
91 9 - 10
one Little test is to remove this entry :
NANLR:EXL=91;
then try to dial the number 9 19911

Hello,

I Have observed ,we are not able to dial any numbers begin with "8"
from all Exts

There is any solution for this problem.

Thanks for all

Hi,
internal you have only one Extension starting with 8
EXTENSION NUMBER SERIES
8000

external numbers with 8, take a look to :
EXTERNAL NUMBER NUMBER LENGTH
98 11 - 11
min and max is set to 11. (only numbers with 11 Digits are accepted.)
please check also the other entries of "EXTERNAL NUMBER NUMBER LENGTH" in the NADAP;

Remove also this numberlength and try to call external numbers with "8":
NANLR:EXL=98;

P.S.
only extensions with CAT 2,3,4 are allowed to dial 98xxxxx
EXTERNAL/INTERNAL NUMBER CAT
98 4 3 2

best regards,
Norbert

It is working.

Thanks a lot Norbert for help

if I want to return these numbers again as it was, what should I do?

Sometimes I need to prevent "Exts" to call these numbers.

Thank you again for helping

to return these numbers :

NANLS:EXL=98,MIN=11,MAX=11;
NANLS:EXL=91,MIN=9,MAX=10;

This is what I'm looking for, thank you very much.
