Hi,
i hav two ip-Office 406 and 412 Site A and site B in a SCN
I make calls from site to site b the problem is that I must begin my external number with 00 to pass on the other site ??

Its probably doing as per spec of your shortcode builds.
Have a look in your system shortcodes and ARS/LCR and look at your shortcodes.

Post them up if your unsure.

Take a look at your Trunk prefix field. I bet it is set for 00.

If your SCN is setup correctly the system shouldn't look at short codes.
