please help with error code 3/ return code 1

I 've got a networker server on an nt box backing up an oracle database on another nt box. I am havving trouble deciphering these error logs. I am also wondering where to look these error codes up:

daemon.log
neworker error: process 191 running command "c:\oracle\ora81\bin\rman.exe'
completed with error code of 3 ...
and
nsrd:runq:nsr group oraclefeb exited with return code 1.

Another error that I got yesterday -- "serverinfor:nsrlog:bad file descriptor"

I have looked for more clues in other error logs with no avail.

you can try to look up these messages in the techdialog of
legato: web1.legato.com/tech_dialog/main_lefaq.html.
You will get a screen where you can enter your error code and it will then try to find the messages you entered.

you can also maybe try to look if it is an oracle error.
check with the dba.
