Please help with ATT Megacom with SDN we are down

I am not sure but he may have a Merlin connected to a 4E and need to set up AT&T Megacom on the Merlin. Which i do not know how to do but i am sure someone can help
If you have not done so, I would open a trouble ticket with AT&T repair. They should be able to help you and provide the codes or dialling plan info you need for the Legend/Magix.
