I am trying to build a few queries here. This is the situation I am spliting up Invoicing into 2 parts Domestic and International. On my domestic query I typed in the criteria box "United States" Or "US Or APO/FPO. It worked perfectly. When I went to do my International Query In the criteria box I typed in <>"United States" Or "US Or APO/FPO , I do get the other countries But I still get US and APO/FPO as output... Not sure how to resolve this. Can anyone assist.

Thanks

Okay I just ran a 3 seperate queries off the original one and it worked, But is there a way to simplify it into one query. Just trying to learn here....

Thanks

Aren't those three separate criteria?
to include:
Code:
"United States" Or "US" Or "APO/FPO"
to exclude:
Code:
<> "United States" AND <> "US" And <> "APO/FPO"

Thanks everyone for the Input, I think I see what I was doing wrong now.

I was doing this:

<> "United States" AND "US" And "APO/FPO"

Instead of This:

<> "United States" AND <> "US" And <> "APO/FPO"

That works perfectly fine on one query.

Thank you so much.

again, the syntax
Code:
NOT IN ("United States", "US", "APO")

will accomplish the same thing as

<> "United States" AND <> "US" And <> "APO/FPO
