I want to create a table to show all fields.
Which procedure for creating a table
Using the help function do I follow?

I just don't want to use the wrong procedure.

Project is due soon for my company, so please respond ASAP!

Hi,

If you have already created the table which you said you did. Simply double click on the table name in the database window. All fo the records, if any, will be shown.

If you want to create a query based upon the table that ypou must created then do the following:

1) Click on Queries
2) Double click on Create Query by using wizard
3) Select the table in the combobox titled "Tables/Queries"
4) Click on the >> button to put all fields in your query
5) Click on NEXT
6) Click on FINISH
7) The query will show all the records in your table.
8) You can then open the new query in DESIGN VIEW to rearrange the order of the fields etc.
