Please Help!!!! Time Add on Report

I have this report where you add the total time spent on each department.
If my total could be:
22:00
12:00
10:00
---------
44:00 <-- This is the total i want to get.

but access only gives me 20:00 as total.
Is there a format code i can put on the text box format?
Please help. Any information will be appreciated.
