How do I return a value to a form without restarting application. I have a query that sums the numbers in one column of a table and place in a textbox on a form. That part I can do. But I want the totals to change when the data is entered into the table without exiting the program. Is there an update or refresh or run query command that allows me to do this in ACCESS? Please send suggestions to Andy at andysiis@swbell.net

after you make your update, do a refresh of the form. If you need the syntax, it is in Access help... Terry M. Hoey
