PLEASE HELP!!!: SPARCServer 20 vs. Ultra5 desktop. (need a server)

Hi,
We want to build a development server (50 users) and we have an option to choose from SPARCServer 20 and Ultra5. Eventhough Sparcserver 20 (Supersparc cpu, 128Mb RAM) was already built as a server, it's older then Ultra5 (UltraSparc IIi cpu, 128Mb RAM) and seems to lack cpu speed. On the other hand SPARCServer has a SCSI2 hard drive and Ultra5 only IDE. We are facing dilemma of which one to choose and what upgrades we need to make.
Please, help with your advice!!!!
