Please Help !!!!...scheduling reports with subreports not working

Hi,

I'm exporting my reports into Excel Dataonly format. I have one report which has 4 subreports in it. We are using Crystal Enterprise8.5 . Here when i try to run the report through the History of the admin console, with format Excel Data only, i'm getting the following error.

"Object failed to run due to an unresponsive Job Server child process. "

I found this is a known issue for export to the format pdf.
And one patch is issued for the same error for the pdf related dll. In the Crystal Decisions site, this page tells about the same..

I doubt whether this is a limitation of the export dll for Excel....

Can anyone give any suggestion..
Don't have much time left..
