please help!! Running totals issue

Hey everyone..

I'm in the process of creating a report that shows a year to date spend total for all of our suppliers where the minority is set to Y.


The issue is, when I add the running total in, it generates some ungodly numbers there are no where near that suppliers year to date spend.

My running total is set to
inv amt. (Sum)
evaluate - Formula - inv. Date > 07/01/2007 (fiscal year)
reset on change of group - Supplier name

I also have my links as

supplier to Inv. header as a left outer join.

I'm hoping this is enough information for help.

Please show us some sample data.

Sounds like you have repeating data, maybe due to joins, so you should do as suggested, and show some detail level data.
