I have 4 fields InvoiceDate, MovedDate, MovedDate2, MovedDate3. If an Invoice Date is added in June then it will need to show up in the report in June if this is then moved to July the new date will be entered into MovedDate this should then only show up in the July report. Hope this is making sense so far! Now if it was then moved to august the date would be entered in MovedDate2 and again will show up in august report. Can someone please help me with this as I have hardly any knowledge of Microsoft Access.

I don't care much for your table structure however, you might want to try this in your query:

RptInvoiceDate:Nz([MovedDate3], Nz([MovedDate2], Nz([MovedDate1],Nz([MovedDate],[InvoiceDate]))))
