Please Help: "Record is Deleted" Error

Hi,
I have an append query that selects data from multiple tables, then appends it to one other table. Whenever I try to run the query, I get the error message "Record is Deleted". I cannot figure out what the problem is. Could someone please help.

Additional Info:
My ms-access app is a front-end to an Oracle DB.
