Please help "DSN name"

I was wondering if someone could answer a quick question? We have a user that all of a sudden gets the message "An error occured while getting DSN name"?

Thank you very much.

Try to start PWE once on her machine and the DSN will be created for you. If that does not fix it post back and we will trouble shoot some more.
