Please HELP!!! Passing URL DW8

I have create a inventory page that pulls records from my access database.
That works fine, then I create a link from the image (thumbnail) returned by
the database to a full size picture. The problem is it goes directly to the
image I want to set it up to go to a detail page so users can use navigation
to get around instead of the back button in ie. Can somebody give a some
sort of direction. Tutorial or something.

You have answered your own question, just set the thumbnail link to go to a detail page that pulls your image link from the database.
