Please help!
Before I start, I should point out that everyone in our company runs the same version of Windows, (XP SP2)and Lotus Notes, (6.5.5)and the users archive files are all stored on a network drive, (Not a mail server, just a standard server, which is mapped to their computers as the U drive)
I have been asked to look at one of our users Lotus Notes problem.
He has an archive file on his U drive, but whenever he tries to add any emails to the archive he gets the "LookupHandle: handle out of range" error, (in the red box) and Notes shuts down.
I've had a word with the NOtes* administrator, but he told me that IBM would only support this if Notes was installed locally, which I am not really happy about, since there about 100 users and they're not having the same problem.
I've tried searching high and low but haven't found a fix yet, and this is getting quite urgent.
Has anyone got any ideas? Please?
Thanks in advance,
John.
* I had meant to type Notes Administrator, and I was going to correct my typo, but on re-reading it, and going by his general attitude to my problem, NOtes administrator seemed quite apt!
