Please Help! Need to reinstall Windows CE 6.0 on a VIA 8505

Hi,

I have one of the $99 VIA 8505 mini notebook. I'm now trying to reinstall WinCE 6.0 on the system after a failed Linux install.

I downloaded the WinCE 6.0 .rar file and unzipped the scrip folder to my 4GB SD card. The system boots like normal and begins to setup the CE download.

I'm stuck at this point:

CE loads and Auto Format starts and says "Is Auto Format Flash Disk? FormatDisk ...."

"FormatVolume () fails"

"System Disk no existed!"

Can anyone please help? I have very little experience with WinCE and I feel I'm missing something small, like a registry setting or having to reformat the drive in someway.

Also, the flash drive shows as a USB Disk in the system?
