Hello,

I have just purchased an FIC Motherboard model VC11. (at Fry's Electronics in Fremont CA, came with 1.6ghz P4)
I have installed everything into my new case and it's all fine and dandy except for the jumpers to the front panel controls. (Power button, Reset, etc.) The motherboard itself is not labeled at all which pins are what. And the manual is extremely vague. The jumpers from the front panel of the case are: Power LED, Power SW, HDD LED, and Reset. I have them connected the way it appears to be right, but the computer won't power up. When I turn the power on, the CPU fan will spin for a second, but that's all that happens.
Most motherboards haveprint that indicates where the jumpers go, but there is nothing here. Not even positive or negative pin symbols, or pin 1 or anything.
Does ANYBODY know anything about this motherboard?? Or where you've plugged your jumpers?
I have contacted the Company, but they're no help.

Thank you all.

I messed around with a few motherboards and couldn't get the HDD led to light, I knew that I was usuing the right jumpers. So I decided to unplug it and turnthe connector around. I know it sounds simple, but it worked for me.
