It does not have an IDE or an editor. Surely you can search and find an editor that supports C syntax on standard download sites like CNET and ZDNET. Look for the editor separately. I strongly recommend using a commercial grade compiler like Borland, don't just settle for one that has an editor just because it is free. As of today, Microsoft does not make its compiler available for free like Borland does, and these are the two most popular commercial compilers.
