Hello, my name is James

I recently started up my computer and it said I have some 'dirty' memory on FAT32.

So when my computer had started up I searched it with Avast. As usual it did the memory scan at the start, and it came up with a hkcmd.exe file in 3 locations:? C:\i386 , C:\windows\system32 , and another on my onboard memory. So I deleted my temporary internet files and moved the virus to the chest, and tried to delete it and tried to repair it, but only one of the virulent files was deleted, the other viruses were still there!

So then I did a reboot which Avast recommended, but the other two were still there. So I searched my C Drive for hkcmd.exe and it came up with the two viruses, and when I tried to delete or move or cut & paste it said that 'there is an error and the file source cannot be found'. So I stupidly (AND THIS IS WHAT IM WORRIED ABOUT)highlighted the two files and unarchived them. One dissapeared after this and the other stayed. So I started a new search looking for the same thing (in the hope of finding the unarchived one, and neither of them turned up. Ive done a virus scan and nothing has turned up, and I cant find either file in Search. Did I get rid of them by unarchiving? Or have I made things worse?

PLEASE HELP ME! I WILL FOREVER BE IN YOUR DEBT!!! If you know anything at all please say!!! :S
