Please help me in C++?

I need help in C++. I am a Nait student who is trying to get a good grasp of C++, but I don't understand it. I was wondering if there is any one who has some notes on beginner C++ for me to review or study from. Maybe even have some exercises to try out. If possible please send to Lombardo@soccer.com.
