Please, help me finding tutorials

Hey everyone

I've used PSP now for about 3 years, and I still haven't quite learnt what I wanted to learn from the beginning.
I've seen a lot of people make cool effects with images, and I can't seem to find any tutorials for that at all. You know, they take a normal digital image of a person, and then they can make the whole image black/white except for the eyes and lips, just an example. Can't you please help me how to do that?

- it'll give to 2.2 million hits to get you started.

The technique you mentioned is called "selective coloring" - plenty of tutorials out there, been dealt with here a few times too.
