Please help me about -> Ambient.DisplayName

I need help with: Ambient.DisplayName

Does Ambient property work only in runtime, not when in debug mode using breakpoint?
How does Ambient.DisplayName work?
Any help will is surely appreciated!

This is taken from help files:

"Include the value of the DisplayName property in errors your control raises at design-time, so the developer using your control can identify the control instance that is the source of the error."

So, it seems that when you develop a control, Ambient.DisplayName will not be valid until your control is compiled and inserted into another project at design time - there are three environments here:
1. design design time; design time when developing the control
2. design time; when you are developing an application using your control where Ambient.DisplayName will be used
3. run time; when you are running the application you are building using your compiled control
