Please help - just getting started on CR8.5/CE8

I have managed to get my CE8 up and running. However, I have not been able to locate the information on how to display a report on a webpage. The idea is that when a user clicks on a hyperlink (image to link), a parameter will be passed to the report and the results displayed to the user.

The first requirement is that since the user will click on a hyperlink, the parameter will be passed to the report with no interaction from the user.

I would like to display the values when the page is loaded, but I can settle for a pop up window.

How do I formulate the url command to call the report, pass the parameter, and display the results? How do you determine the virtual path, report id, etc?

Go to the Crystal website and dwnload those two documents.
Search hint:
Look for ce8_* as search criteria, it will list all docs for that product.
