Please help: Error with moving from Verison 8.5 to 9

Would appreciate some help with this. I designed my reports in Crystal version 8.5 on a server called say X. Now we have moved the reports to another server Y which has Crystal 9 installed on it. After that my reports won't open. The message I get is 'Physical Database Not found'. I haven't changed anything in the report just copied it over to the new server, so why won't it open now?

Open the report in CR 9 - from Database, choose Verify Database, save the file, republish to CE 9. I had the same exact problem when I started and that fixed it for me. You will not be able to publish report to CE 8 nor will you be able to use this report in CR 8.5 after you do the above procedure.

Is there any setup for CR-8.5 Runtime Files that i run and get all required Dll,OCX etc

Another post led me to APOS last week. In the "Freeware" section they offer a CR8.5 Runtime file installer. I haven't used it myself, so I can't vouch for it.

how to login Password Protected database using crviewer, i am using VB-6, Sql server and CR-9

in CR-8.5 i am using setlogoninfo to pass username and password.

if you know please sent me to complete line where i put username and password
