This now the third attempt to download the above. It fails with either bad archive or the dowload window hangs at 2 secs!!!! (for hours!!!)

Please canone help me to get Des6iRel through other menas as I cannot dowload this from Oracle corp and Oracle corp are not interested in knowing about this.

- I had found a workaround and have now successfully downloaded Release 4 of Designer.
