I am needing to replace the field description with the field name within a table for each record, how do I do it?

For my own purposes, I want to take:

Example in Design View:
Field1 Name col inserted into Field1 Description col and so on

Before:
Name Type Description
Field1 Text
Field2 Text

After:
Name Type Description
Field1 Text Field1
Field2 Text Field2
