COMPUSERVE The bane of my life!
I am having trouble installing compuserve v 4.00 (classic) on a Dell Lattitude laptop running Windows 2000 Pro
A dial-up networking connection is not created during the installation.
Remote Access Connection Manager and Remote Access Auto Connection Manager are both set to start automatically
I have followed a compuserve guide to setting up the
dial-up networking connection manually and follow the wizard through to where you enter the phone number to connect to your ISP, at this stage I have to click the advanced button and select "Use Logon Script" as the logon procedure,
IT IS AT THIS STAGE THAT I CAN NOT PROCEDE as,
according to the guide I am to browse to the RAS folder and select a script called cis.scp,
I DO NOT HAVE A RAS FOLDER.
So this is where the problem must lie, is there a setting that i need to enable in order for the installation to create a DUN.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
