I replaced an 8x24 and flash with a 0x32 and a Call Pilot and added an auto attendant and ccr tree.
All seemed to go well . Except now I get the occasional message left: ( beep beep beep please hang up the phone etc.)in the GD mail box and one of the clerks MB.
I checked for disconnect supervision. I shortened the disconnect timer to 260 ms, and later to 100 ms.
None of the real messages left appear to have disconnect problems, or the please hang up the phone message attached at the end.
I changed the trunk cards. or at least swapped them.
The new trunk cards are nt7b75'S the old 8x24 trunk cards were nt5b40's but were never auto answered by the flash.
On the old system the trunks never hung and left this message in any mail box but as i said were never auto answered.
I am having a problem getting my head around this.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
