ERR4019 dn
Invalid DN was sent from a VAS when requesting Message Waiting =
Indicator (MWI) update. Output: The affected DN.
Action: Check the DN. It may have been removed in the Meridian 1, but
=
not the VAS.
Severity: Minor

It means there is no ext 4019 in the switch yet you have it in mail, 4019 may appear as a ACDN or a Phantom DN but it can't set the MWI on those type. go into mail and either delete the mailbox or remove the MWI extension

4019 dn is telling you that there is no dn xxxx but there is a mailbox for that dn,, some tech's do not remove the mailbox after they have outed a set..

check by dialling the dn.. it should be unused.then go into mail and delete the mailbox for that dn..

and you could be sending a number to mail via acd or some other path, never ignore that type of problem, so a search in the mail, find that msg lamp indicator, and either turnit off or oput the mb. i have a few (very few) mb for users without a phone, they do remote notification to a pager of cell, but when that box is added, you have to remove the msg waiting dn to avoid that error

You can also set up a special Class of Service in Meridian Mail for phantoms, ACD's, etc., that does not set message waiting lights. That is what I usually do.
