Please Explain CMD 200 2

I'm still a little fuzzy (despite having the manual) on the dial plan CMD 200.
EG: How can I lookup what *03 is in our dialing plan?

Also, the option to voicecall an extension has disappeared from the triangular softkeys when ringing an extension.

And for the soft keys you will need to look at Cmd 1223 and Cmd 9A.

Turns out CMD>1222 was what I needed.
