If my memory is correct that was related to having a _ScriptLibrary folder directly under the Web sites 'root' folder. That problem is documented on MSDN I believe.
I think the solution is to have that folder one more (or greater) level removed from the root folder.
Here is the resolution section of the article:
RESOLUTION
If your project is a root Web and you have scripting object model dependent ASP pages in a sub folder, copy the _ScriptLibrary folder and its contents to your subfolder.
That does not match your description of what you did in your previous post. I can't see your machine so I can only go by what you post in your messages. I CAN verify that I have had this same problem and that the resolution works.
