Hi,
I need to know how can I create a menu like this blue one on the left of that page.

I mean, please look at the "??????????" link, when it is clicked it opens submenus. How can I do it?

You might also want to give more descriptive subjects for future posts - saying "Please check this menu" gives no clue as to what your actual problem is.
