hi,
I cannot add anything more that I see in report:

a program (not a system component), but related to Oracle,
has terminated (or better "has been terminated" by system)
due a Signal 11 (Segmentation fault, that means: program was going with its adresses too much around, and system killed it to safeguard its consistency!).

Program was f90webm and system created core file while killed it. Probably f90webm is a web application, and it is already on. Probably not a great problem.

See, if the problem persists, some about Oracle support
specific web application, oracle version, AIX maintenance level, and Oracle prereqs on AIX platform (all versions specific).

Agree with victorv, but would add that in my experience these abnormal terminations (often caused by users simply killing their session rather than properly logging out) can leave zombies eating up resources if not properly managed.

Some days are diamonds, some days are rocks - make sure most are the former.

I think KenCunningham's cause "(often caused by users simply killing their session rather than properly logging out)" is likely the problem. I see this on occasion.

Provide this information to whoever manages your oracle forms environment.
