Please, Backup Exec my Snap

If I execute the job manually during the day, it runs fine. If I allow it to automate during the night, it can't attach to my Snap. The user BackupExec has full domain/admin rights to anything without any time restrictions. I use NT4 to handle rights on the Snap, and the NT user BackupExec is God. The server that houses BackupExec 6.11 backs up great.

Questions:
If a client is required, how in the heck do you load a client on the Snap and why does it backup during the day?

Could it be that the attach process times out? If so, is there a place to make the adjustment somewhere in Backup Exec? And why would it backup during the day just great?

Any ideas?

I had the same problem, after upgrading to the latest version of 8.6 and installing the latest firmware upgrade on the Snap Server it fixed it.
