Please assist with below error

Guys,

I am getting the following error, while running the .exe PB file

ERROR 315: DeleteFile RC=997, Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.

I have checked the "DeleteFile" method as well, but seems its a kernel level error from windows. could anyone please assist?
