playing Transport streams

Hello Everyone,
I have a doubt.If anyone knows the answer please reply me. I have a player and it can play .AVI files . I want to send transport streams to that player. My JMF player is not recognising Transport streams. I don't want to use elecard codecs. I decided to use javaTv API but the methods available there can only extract the fields of Transport streams . How can I make this TS to play in a player?.
