playing music but lost after link

2 questions:

I built a web page with music. As soon as I click on one of my links within the page, meaning its not goin g to another site the music stops and goes to the page.
1. How can I keep the music playing while looking at my links
2. How can I set it up so a person can change the song they're listening to?

Use frames and keep the page that plays the music in a constant frame.
